Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

1300 not worth it

There was no internet, the roof had leaks, and the house was old with a musty smell. The pool was dirty, the jacuzzi had no heat, and there were no lights in the other living room. The internet was off, and there were CCTV cameras inside the house, including in the bedroom. There was also no TV, unlike what was shown in the pictures. Definitely not worth the 1,300 stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
This property was totally misrepresented and I had concerns from a previous review. I contacted the host and they assured me everything wasnā€™t working order. When we got there, there was no air conditioning as stated in the description in the house, there was only air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The Jacuzzi did not have hot water thus itā€™s not a Jacuzzi. Everything was very very old, including all the utensils pots and pans. The house had a very, very musty smell that didnā€™t go away even with the windows open full. The grill is not actually a grill but a lower portion of a kettle type grill with an upper portion of a kettle type charcoal grill. But the cover had no handle and the inside of this kettle was disgusting. We only stayed the night because we had to, but weā€™re not happy Because it was so hot in the house and we didnā€™t wanna spend the time with our guest sitting separately in bedrooms. Very disappointed and Iā€™m still waiting to get a refund from VRBO or any response from them.
