The staff is really friendly. I have Expedia VIP and got a $25 credit to the hotel restaurant and my standard king room was clean and spacious. Great location. Connvenient to shops and restaurants. Stayed 2 nights for work but would also stay here if I were a tourist.

The staff was so attentive to our needs. When we arrived our mini fridge was not cooling so they immediately sent someone to repair for us. We were only in Portland for one night but would have definitely stayed here if we had more time to stay. Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
