Beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse with private plunge pool in charming Andalucian pueblo. El Naranjal (The Orange Grove) is a quiet and ideally located community situated in the heart of the Nueva Andalucian Golf Valley (4 golf courses within 5 minutes drive), which features gated entry, large communal swimming pool and tennis court. The property is split over 2 floors, offering 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and private terrace with pool.



On the ground floor guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality rental property (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, kettle, etc…), perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. There is a dining area with seating for 4, a guest toilet, and a comfortable sofa and armchair facing a smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). A wood burning fireplace is also available for use during the winter months.



Upstairs guests will find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a balcony that looks over the terrace (and partial sea views), and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. the second bedroom has 2 single beds with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



On the property’s terrace guests will find a coal BBQ, alfresco dining area (seating for 4), and 2 sun loungers alongside the private plunge pool.



The property has air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, and fast and unlimited fibre optic WIFI (100mbps). There is plenty of secure street parking within the community.



Puerto Banús and the beach is just 10 minutes drive from the property, and Malaga airport is an easy 45 minutes drive.
