Apartment "Superb Grand On the Beach" with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Marbella, this elegant contemporary beachfront apartment offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, ideal for an unforgettable holiday with friends or family. The 180 m² property features a 40 m² terrace equipped with a private heated jacuzzi, a shaded dining area, sun loungers, and a comfortable lounge. Right on the beach, it is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and outdoor dinners facing the sea.



Inside, the bright living room offers high-speed Wi-Fi (perfect for remote work or video calls), a smart TV with streaming services and international channels, a home cinema system, air conditioning, and a large dining table. The apartment accommodates up to 8 people with two spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, as well as two adjacent alcoves with bunk beds, ideal for a couple and two children. All rooms have direct access to the terrace.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and plenty of space for entertaining.



Parking is available for an extra fee: one space in front of the property and another 100 m away. An airport or train station shuttle service is also offered for an extra fee. On request, a baby cot, high chair, and children's cutlery are provided free of charge. A late check-in service (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) is available for an extra fee. The step-free layout, wide doors, and electric shutters ensure easy access and optimal comfort. Beach towels and bed linen are provided. Parties are strictly prohibited.
