“We’ve been coming to Falmouth for 30 years and 25 of them have been at Green Harbor Waterfront Lodge. We love the atmosphere, its proximity to things to do (breweries, wineries, hiking, shopping, P-Town, restaurants), and the view of the water from every room. The rooms with the kitchenette make it very homey and inexpensive. And the people who run it are always so welcoming. Oh and this place is super dog friendly, which we love.”

“Very basic, run down place. If you’re just looking for a comfortable bed and hot shower, this place is fine. If you are picky about cleanliness, I would not recommend this place.”

“The property has new owners. They still have a lot to fix outside, painting, to and landscaping. The rooms were renovated. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder , no hooks to hang towels or clothes on in the bathroom. They did have a full length mirror with light. Small closet with only 3 hangars.”
