My wife and I stayed in the Chappaquoit room and absolutely loved it. Great view of the ocean, free parking, very clean, great breakfast and the staff was amazing! Lisa, the property manager was great - welcoming and extremely helpful!

This place exceeded our expectations. We checked in and there was coffee,tea, water, soft drinks and yes ice cream sandwiches that you have access at anytime. And amazing cookies when we checked in. The room was super cute with a full kitchen and right outside our room had a table and 2 chairs that we sat and ate our breakfast and looked at the ocean, bonus was a small rabbit that came out of the bushes and hung out for awhile. Super private. The breakfast was amazing. We checked the options and the time we wanted it to be ready in the am. Made to order. We stayed one night but peeked at the menu for the next day and had different options. It looked delicious also. Amazing place, staff was super nice and helpful. The toiletries in the room were malin+goetz. Very personal service like a bed and breakfast. Would stay here in the future and recommend 100%.

Great B&B, great location

I got the room with a balcony ocean view and can’t praise this place enough. The room was very clean and well kept. The breakfast waffles that I ordered were fantastic. The location is great as well being right next to the beach and only 2 minute drive to downtown and the island queen ferry.

We had a great experience. The bed was comfy, amazing view for sunrise, water pressure in the shower was great and stayed nice and hot. The staff was super nice. The whole set up was super cute, warm and welcoming. The cookies, oh the cookies 😍so so good! Breakfast was also delicious!

Great place to stay

Great location, room and added extras like breakfast and cookies in day. We stayed in one of the rooms at front and only negative was porch light coming through blinds. Otherwise perfect. we will come back one day.

We visited in October - the weather was beautiful and we could easily walk to the beach. There were many dining choices, some within walking distance. We had a first floor room with a balcony overlooking Nantucket Sound with Martha's Vineyard in plain sight. The room was spacious and comfortable. A freshly cooked breakfast was offered daily. Parking was available, either in front or in the rear of the building. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and hope to return again.
