Savoy Le Grand Hotel
Our room was falling to pieces. The safe didn’t work. The door locks didn’t work. We didn’t get fresh towels or loo roll. The breakfast service was so hit and miss. The facilities were lovely but so so let down by staff who didn’t care and very poor basic maintenance.
