10 stars, if possible, Pilar is beyond exceptional as a host, the Riad is spectacular in every way. Incredibly helpful in navigating Marrakech, I would not consider staying anywhere else. All the charm of the Medina is steps away, but upon entering the Riad you are transported into an oasis of luxury. The staff are kind and helpful without being intrusive.. I look forward to returning.

I have no regrets! I will definitely come back! The owner is amazing and has done so well with keeping it such a great and clean experience. I could tell a lot of detail went into setting it up! I’ll be back for sure! The warmth felt like home.

As soon as I booked with Free People Riad and Spa I had an incredible experience! They organised my airport transfer which was really helpful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the owner Pilar made you feel like it was your home too! The place was absolutely spotless and my room was gorgeous I didn’t want to leave. Location is also really great, I ended up walking to each of the tourist spots which were no more than 10-25mins walk and was fun to explore all the streets and shops on the way. You get a good choice for breakfast which was also very nice including the option of non dairy milks! The loveliest little yorkie also lives there who was SO sweet to cuddle! If I’m able to go back to Marrakech one day I’ll definitely be staying here again!!

Had a great experience! Beautiful, clean property with very helpful staff. It’s located in a part of the Medina that is relatively easier to access by car compared to a lot of other properties which makes getting to and from the property easier. Would definitely stay again.

This Riad is extremely beautiful, well decorated, wonderful staff. The room was spacious with high quality mattresses and sheets. The food was Fresh and delicious. The host has n amazing positive energy. I would rate this Riad us one of the best in Marrakech, and had been to a few. Highly recommended and will stay here again without a doubt. Very appreciative for the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful place.

The owner and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It is located in a quiet alley. Air conditioning was great during the hot day. It is a small boutique Riad. It doesn’t come with any amenities except a spa room. Overall, we had a nice stay in this riad for 3 nights.

We loved our stay at Free People Riad. The staff are amazing and greet you as though you are arriving in their home. The owner even helped us put together itineraries for the day. Also the Riad dog LL is adorable! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. And breakfast on the terrace was great in the mornings. It’s just outside the busy area in the Medina which we really liked. Close enough to walk everywhere but still quiet. I would recommend it 100%.

Absolutely — I’d make it warm and genuine so it doesn’t sound like a generic hotel review: **5/5 — Wonderful stay 🤍** We had such a lovely stay at this riad and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and respectful, which made us feel so comfortable and at home. The riad itself was beautifully kept and **spotlessly clean**, and you could really tell how much care goes into looking after the place. The breakfast every morning was absolutely lovely — fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. What really stood out to us, though, was the hospitality. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. It’s the kind of place where you leave feeling like you’ve been looked after by family rather than simply staying at a hotel. Wonderful stay at Free People Riad & Spa. The riad is beautiful, elegant, and full of character, while still feeling intimate and cosy. The staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, always happy to assist with taxis or anything else we needed. It is tucked away in a quiet alley at the top of the medina, but still just a short walk to the markets and main square. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

We had a short stay at FPR but it was so lovely. Pilar and her team were so friendly and accommodating on arrival. The attention to detail in this riad shows. We had stayed at a few others at this point in our trip to Marrakesh and FPR really stuck out to us. The location also very walkable and tons to see in the area!

This Riad really prides itself in it's hospitality, and it shows. From the moment of booking, the team was on hand via private messaging to arrange everything we needed for our visit. The interior has been beautifully refinished, with the rooms featuring well appointed bathrooms and large, comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious, the hammam experience was great, and the massage was top quality. All in all, a 5 star experience at a very very fair price.

A truly wonderful stay in Marrakech. From the warm welcome to the beautiful, peaceful atmosphere, everything was perfect.
