Suited our needs

It was about the only reasonably priced central property available for a Rugby World Cup weekend after our original long standing booking was cancelled. We were hardly there and it was convenient for transport to the port and not bad for the stadium. Beds comfortable enough and shower decent. However it is poorly equipped if you need to use it for longer or more intensively, eg only two large towels for four people (lots of hand towels) and no dinner plates. Very sparsely furnished, though to be fair the description didn't promise more. Also very noisy at 6am when the school kitchen next door was being stocked up.
