"The place is about 7 mins walk from the no 9 tram to Metro Centrale. Quiet neighbourhood. Safe. Clean. Best part of the stay is going on a Lake Como tour with a smart funny guide called Emanuel. He’s good at reading the room, attentive, catered to our every need and knew not to tell us too many boring history. We have had so many animated entertaining conversations; alleviating the outing the most enjoyable one I had in Italy. Highly recommend Emmanuel to anyone who wants to see Italy. Thank you...

"It's a dirty place. Lorenzo, a guy in his 50's, was very rude with us for no apparent reason. I asked him to an extension and he told me that the hostel was full At the same time I looked in the internet and the same hostel had like 5 places available. I showed him and he didn't know what to say. I WON'T COME BACK to this place. NO MORE. Bathrooms had no soup either toilet papers. Lockers were very far from the beds. "

"Beautiful room with an especially nice bathroom. Beds were reasonably comfortable, though a little firm for our taste. The breakfast buffet was terrific! The metro is very convenient to the hotel, a five minute walk away, and only four stops to the Duomo. All the staff were very pleasant and efficient. Only suggestion: the walls in the room had numerous dirty smudges that needed attention."
