Amazing fishing access and 3 miles from the beach. \~Rock base \~30 and 50amp \~sewage & water \*\*will be building a pier/deck and each RV hookup will have their own fishing light\*\* OPEN FOR BOTH LONG TERM OR NIGHTLY Located next door to our 4bed/3bath home for those larger families or friend groups that would like both! PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR LONG TERM RENTAL AS PRICING WILL BE DIFFERENT!! $400/MONTH (long term) •plus utilities •sewage is $60 a month •electric usage will be due for monthly rates at the end of each month. •customer will submit a security deposit for monthly stays.
