“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub im großen Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern. - Saubere Unterkunft - freundliche Mitarbeiter - frisches, sehr gutes Frühstück sowie auch leckere Snacks - ausreichend Sonnenliegen direkt am Meer - Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen Das einzig negative war das kleine Bad - der Abfluss in der Dusche war womöglich verstopft, da das Wasser erst nach 1-2h abfließen konnte.”

“The villa was perfect for us. 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite and balconies with amazing views over the sea. Lovely pool which was cleaned during our stay. 15 min walk to the gorgeous beach with the choice of 2 tavernas..with delicious homemade Greek dishes. Maria was very welcoming , meeting us at the airport and leaving a delicious pie for us as well as basic groceries. There was everything we needed in the villa..we would definitely return..”

“A lovely villa that could offer so much more with a little TLC. Advertised as having oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher had none of these. Very basic kitchen with a fridge freezer and hob. Issue with water at the villa - on three occasions we had no running water from 9pm until the next morning. Electrics kept tripping too. Curtains didn’t meet and so the beautiful early morning sunshine woke up my chils so ended up all having to sleep in the one bedroom in a double bed. TV needed a pin and...

“We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. The owners could not have been more welcoming and kind. It made our first trip to Zakynthos such a happy and memorable...

“We were a family of 4 staying June/July 2025. Both the villa and its location were perfect for us and the welcome pack was gratefully received. All we could need was provided, and the pool in particular was fantastic. This is our 2nd stay on Kefalonia I would highly recommend both this villa and the island in general.”

“We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops. The only issue was the air con wasn’t working properly but the owners were very quick to get it fixed. “We had the most incredible week at this beautiful home. It is in the most perfect location, with access to a private pebbly beach, ideal for snorkelling and picnicking. And just around the corner from another gorgeous bay, with a few buzzing beach bars, and great food. Not to mention Sami, a very pretty seaside resort, which we all enjoyed for its simplicity and atmosphere. The Villa is incredibly well equipped, bedrooms were simple but very clean and spacious, and we had everything we needed...

“This villa was incredible for my family and I to stay in. It had everything we needed, was private, safe and quiet. It was built incredibly well with modern fixtures and finishes. There was heaps of space for the kids to run around - and the pool area was a wonderful place to sit and relax with a view of the water and local Sami village. The agent for the property was lovely as well. The only thing I’d suggest is requesting instructions on how to best access the property - as Google Maps takes...

“Lovely villa with great outside space and views.Very spacious, clean, comfortable and fully equipped villa. In great location, quiet and peaceful but very close to Sami and great for easy access to visit all around the island. The outside space is amazing and the pool is an added luxury. The owners are extremely helpful and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. All in all a wonderful place to stay, would recommend 100%.”
