“The carriage house was lovely. It was spacious, well appointed, attractive, and very clean. The space had a soothing vibe and was not cluttered. The outside space was attractively landscaped with a beautiful fire pit area. Excellent parking too. The proximity to the town’s shops, restaurants and historical sites was perfect. We walked to everything in town. We went to the New River Gorge National Park which was a bit of a drive but such a scenic one. We also took in some of the Cranberry……

It's everything you want in an old farmhouse that has been very well updated from kitchen and bathroom supplies to linens and comforters everything is provided. “Such a charming and cozy property. I knew when we walked along the garden path and entered to be welcomed by the kitchen hummingbird poster it was the place for us. The historic home was gorgeous -the wood floors and comfy furniture plus modern comforts mark this unique property. I can’t say enough about the quality furnishings, art, and other design elements. The live plants are another nice touch-beautiful! The local reading materials were great and so informative- we were reminded to visit……

“We enjoy staying here immensely. We have numerous family members in the area,and this house is great for a lot of reasons. Not only is the location ideal but the house itself is extremely comfortable, clean, and communication with the host is exceptional. I stayed here a couple of years back and God willing, I'll be back again.”
