"Grant was working reception. He was very kind/pleasant and arranged for an early check-in. All staff members I met were polite and helpful."

"We had a wedding in Newcastle and decided to stay in the Avoca that night. I rang in advance to see if we could perhaps get an early check in to suit the early wedding and this was accommodated no problem. The hotel itself lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful also. If we’re back that way again we’ll definitely stay again."
