Room and view was very nice

The room was lovely. However, the bed is on a what appears to be a platform. It is not the most comfortable bed. I have slept in in a hotel of this caliber. There is no shelving in the bathroom. There is little or no space for toothbrushes bathroom essentials. The towels were luxurious and thick. There needs to be better clarity in tidying the room upon leaving for the day. Be sure to tell the staff you want your room serviced. The staff overall were attentive and helpful, however, after being gone eight hours, we returned to a room that had not been made up or serviced. We were told we would’ve received a text message which we never did. We did however, receive compensation for that mistake and was grateful because we had dinner in the restaurant, which was tasty. We found Ainsley, Jaden, and Taylor to be helpful in the challenges that we faced. If you are expecting a view of Lake Erie, you will be sadly disappointed. Every room overlooks the parking lot and the view is literally at the window as far to the left as you can possibly see a sliver of the lake. This property has the potential of being five stars with a little coaching from the management and understanding the “ efforts of excellence, exceeds expectations.”!

everything was really nice only real complaint was that the tv was extremely tiny for the room but other than that it was great.
