The house is just 11 miles (18-20 minutes) from James Madison University (JMU), 19 miles (28-30 minutes) from Bridgewater College, and 12 miles (20 minutes) from downtown Harrisonburg, offering easy access to dining, shopping, and cultural experiences. Additionally, the Swift Run Gap Entrance to Shenandoah National Park is only 11 miles (13-15 minutes) away, providing you with quick access to breathtaking trails and scenery.

This home has been designed for comfort and convenience. Guests will enjoy high-speed wireless internet, a laundry room with a washing machine and clothes dryer on the ground level, and a selection of toys and games for younger guests. The home is also equipped with a private entrance featuring a keypad lock for easy, secure access.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. We are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, so please let us know in advance if you need flexibility with your arrival or departure time.

Other Things to Note
To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, please be aware that open fires are prohibited on the property. In addition, we ask that guests be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable and parking only in the driveway.

As a note on trash disposal, please do not leave trash outside, as this may attract wildlife. Instead, we kindly ask that you take your trash to the TRASH-ONLY dumpsters at the MPOA pool. To get there, head up Resort Drive, turn right on Peak Drive towards the mini-golf area, and then make a sharp right at the 6th turn (easy to miss). The dumpsters are located at the rear corner of the pool parking lot.
