Rooms clean but older furnishings and sufficient paint coats and color needed. The breakfast was not ready at 0630. Coffee had only a few cups available, the waffle mix at the bottom and hadn't been refilled.

Cozy 1-bedroom house in beautiful Brookings on the walking trail
Very nice clean place for a couple of family. Near a walking path and SDSU campus.

A Bit of Brookings Joy
This was a perfect home for our stay. We came from Colorado to visit our daughter who is going to SDSU. It was so close to campus, grocery store and places to eat. The neighborhood was friendly and safe. Molly was so accommodating and communicated very well.
