The Neighborhood: Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated at the corner of Spencer and Lonsdale St, just a few steps to the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.
Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
I've included most of my favorite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around: Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated right next to the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop right outside the main entrance on Spencer Street.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, we have secured 1 FREE parking for you.
Other Things to Note: A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the key to you personally.
If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.
This pad accommodates 6 adults generously but a max of 8 overnight. Any more than 6 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 7th and 8th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.

Apart from a few little things, one thing I could suggest is maybe a bigger couch or a second couch. A 2-3 seater plus one or two uncomfortable singles aren’t ideal if 6 people all want to sit together in front of the tv before heading off to bed. Otherwise an absolutely awesome spot with great views and central to so many things.
The condo was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. And the view was amazing. It was a large place that was very comfortable for 4 adults. The location in the CBD was within walking distance to transport, eateries and venues. Everything was easy about this place. Highly recommend to stay here. We were very happy with this accommodation.

Stunning View, but Room for Improvement
We stayed at the Harbour View apartment, and the view was absolutely breathtaking – a real highlight of the trip! The facilities, including the indoor pool, were a nice bonus, and the apartment itself felt spacious for an apartment, which was great.However, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. The glass door on the ensuite bathroom wasn’t ideal, especially when sharing with family members. It’s a bit uncomfortable if you value privacy while using the bathroom.Unfortunately, the towels had a strong brown stain and a funky smell, which was a bit off-putting. We also noticed the laundry was full when we arrived, and there was a half-eaten burger left in the fridge, which definitely didn’t give a great first impression.If you’re staying short-term, it’s a nice option as it has a great location and you don’t need to worry about cooking. But, if you’re planning on cooking, there weren’t enough plates or utensils to properly prepare meals. We also noticed there was no washing liquid provided to wash the dishes.All in all, the view and the space made it worth the stay, but I think there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience more comfortable.
