Nestled in a boutique setting, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom double-storey townhouse offers an exceptional blend of style, comfort, and convenience. Designed with architectural flair, the home features high-end finishes, spacious living areas, and a beautifully landscaped outdoor courtyard—perfect for relaxation or entertaining. Located just minutes from Sandringham Beach, local cafes, and public transport, this residence is ideal for those seeking a premium bayside retreat.

For entertainment, there’s a light-filled second living area with a Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favourite Netflix shows. The home is equipped with central heating and cooling in all rooms, ensuring year-round comfort.
Sleeping:
This elegant residence offers all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The main bedroom upstairs is a private sanctuary with a king bed, ensuite, and built-in robe. Two additional bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom with a shower, bath, and separate toilet.

Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite, built-in robe, split system heating and cooling
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, built-in robe, central heating and cooling
