You will enter a smoke- and pet-free apartment that is in close proximity to Crown Casino, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, DFO, and other Amazing Restaurants & Cafes, and a 5-minute tram ride from the Southern Cross Station & Skybus that goes directly to Airport.
Woolworths is in the lobby of the apartment complex.

In addition to having quality furnishings, appliances, and decor, the apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows that let in natural light.

The ideal starting point for experiencing the city is this apartment. Everything you require will be available near to you. This spotless apartment's privacy and cleanliness guarantee a pleasurable stay.

The property was very clean and comfy. At least a 15 minute walk from Crown. (thought "in front of Crown" inplyed it was much closer) Located away from the Yarra River on noisy City Road, however we very much enjoyed our stay.

Great little apartment to stay, lovely building, cute French cafe on the street and Woolworths just below which made very convenient. What was not convenient is the stay was not 'opposite' the convention center. It is about 3/4 streets away. This was the whole point in us choosing this stay due to a 3 day conference we were attending at the convention Centre.

The property was okay. It was extremely overpriced. The car park can only fit a micro car. The mattresses are of a very low standard. And the couch needs replacing urgently.

Great Location Southbank

We really enjoyed our stay at Southbank. Walking distance to the Casino which has so many food choices. South Melbourne Markets are a 5 minute walk away. Tram line just around the corner with easy access to the city. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Comfy beds and no street noise! Would happily stay again.
