This fabulous coastal property "Dunescape" offers panoramic views across rolling dunes, ocean vistas and breathtaking sunsets. Located on prestigious Rye Back Beach, architecturally designed, split level property with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This exceptional position with an elevated aspect provides an abundance of natural light. Nearly every room in this property, including the bedrooms, has a "room with a view" - Absolutely Breathtaking!
But it doesn't stop there! The gorgeous fully fenced pool has the best view of them all!

* Living and Dining *

Comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests with an option to accommodate an additional 2 guests (1 or 2 small children only please - adults not permitted) on the sofa bed if bedding flexibility is required, this home is just perfect for extended family groups. With a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious living zones, entertaining areas, viewing decks, a grassed lawn with trampoline, ropes course and swing and of course the shimmering pool, there is somewhere for everyone to enjoy. Ducted heating throughout and split system in main kitchen / living / dining area.

The addition of a beautiful salt-water pool which is solar heated and set in the top half of the garden, will allow you to feel like you are at a resort, with its fabulous panoramic views. Lovely grass area too with outdoor dining.

On those cooler days, snuggle up inside with a book, by the gas fire, take in your surroundings with views of the pool and breathtaking scenery beyond.
The kids will be entertained for hours with the provision of toys, books and games, Foxtel IQ and even a telescope to star gaze in the evening.

Front gates allow you to close off the property for security with a child friendly front yard with grass, swing and trampoline.

Upstairs Level One

Bedroom 1 - is the Master bedroom with a Queen Bed with Ensuite, split system air conditioner and television.

Bedroom 2 - includes a 1 x Double Bed with portable fan.

Bedroom 3 - includes 2 x Single Beds

There is also a central bathroom with a corner bath and shower overhead, with a toilet and vanity.


Downstairs Entry Level

Bedroom 4 - includes 1 x Queen Bed with portable fan and electric wall heater

Bedroom 5 - includes 1 x Tri Bunk and 2 x Single Beds (most comfortable for children only), television, portable fan and electric wall heater

Modern central bathroom, spacious, sleek design with shower and toilet.

Please note there are several Cctv cameras in the outdoor entertaining areas at this property. They are for surveillance purposes only when the property is vacant. They will NOT be switched on during your stay.

Note:
For more than 13 guests, an extra guest surcharge of $50 per person, per night will be automatically applied to the tariff. Should you require use of the sofa bed, this charge will also be incurred.

The firepit is not available for guest use.
