This charming vintage home features three spacious bedrooms, sleeping six guests, offering a perfect blend of character and comfort for a relaxing and memorable stay.
Ascend the stairs and step into Lisieux, a charming retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. As you walk down the hallway, you'll be welcomed into the open-plan living, dining, and sitting areas, where the vintage style and functionality blend seamlessly.
The living room features a couch and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. With its elegant table, the dining area invites you to enjoy leisurely meals and quality time with loved ones.
One of the home's highlights is the private sitting area, offering breathtaking beach sunsets—our absolute favourite spot.
Further along the hallway, you’ll find three well-appointed bedrooms accommodating up to six guests.
For your convenience, the apartment includes a bathroom with a bathtub and an overhead shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave, oven and stove, so you can easily prepare meals to enjoy at the elegant dining table.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a dedicated sitting area with a study desk and chair provides a quiet workspace for travellers who need to stay connected.
Step outside onto the balcony, where you can enjoy alfresco dining with a BBQ, outdoor table, and seating area. Guests also have access to a fully fenced, secure backyard.
There is 4-hour free parking directly out front on Beaconsfield Parade. No permanent or ongoing parking available.
Enjoy the convenience of having a supermarket nearby and light rail access for a direct route to the CBD. With its charming vintage furnishings, Lisieux offers a luxurious yet cozy home away from home.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

NEIGHBOURHOOD The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions. GETTING AROUND There is 4-hour free parking directly out front on Beaconsfield Parade. No permanent or ongoing parking available.
ADDITIONAL RULES Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.
