Enter via No. 11 Bond Street and locate the Red Bike Storage Area. Use the provided locker code to retrieve the key and fob (locker code will be shared upon ID verification). Unit Entry: Once you have the key and fob, return to No. 8 Bond Street to access your unit. Parking Access Garage Remote Control: Retrieve the garage remote (blue fob) from the black key locker at No. 8 Bond Street (locker code provided with keys). Parking Space: Enter the parking area through the left gate near Coles using the remote. Your designated parking spot is No. 173. Basement Lift Access to Unit Locate the single lift near parking spots 188/189 in the basement. Use your fob on the black sensor and press āMā (Mezzanine level). Your unit is M08 on the right. Amenities Access the BBQ area, swimming pool, gym, and libraries via the courtyard or side door. Amenities are available from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Use the blue or black fob for entry. Important Notes Check-in Time: 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out Time: 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Securely close and lock all lockers after use. A penalty of $200 AUD applies for lost keys or fobs.
