Everything was great, except reception failed to print documents my PA asked them to. And failed to give me a package that was sent to the hotel which is still pending and outstanding.

Der Checkin (und -out) lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen und Ansprüchen: Sauber mit einem sehr bequemen Bett. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, um die Stadt zu erkunden; nur das Parken im öffentlichen Parkhaus ist hierdurch sehr teuer (33€/Tag), was aber vorher bekannt war.
