“1) We have several occasions to book hotel rooms through the hotel.com web page. We have the experience that the quality of hotel rooms are lower if we book rooms through hotel.com. For example, the hotel room booked through hotel.com are normally (i) in lower floor level; (ii) the room normally facing street / car park, which is more noisy; (iii) locality of room is remote from the lift, which we have to walk a long distance to the room. This is the first time that gave us such impression……

“The place was as listed, very comfortable and quiet, easy to find and a quick drive to the beach and local town for places to eat. My friend was initially scared as there are large dogs living in the house above, but after the initial barking when we arrived, we didn’t hear them again. I would definitely come back to stay.”

“Was lovely and unique place to stay. My only issue was the bathroom mirror is very high and I am not tall. The lighting could also be better for me to do hair and make up. Apart from this the location and facilities were excellent. ”

“We stayed two nights and enjoyed the bush setting. Pity it wasn’t cold enough to have the fire on. Lounge comfortable. Has Foxtel but no wifi. Kitchen a bit small if you like to cook. Small fenced area attached to house so easy to toilet the dog. Host helped with fixing gas for hot water. Nice bath tub. Air conditioner and extra blankets available.”

“The place is spacious and nice soundly modern - and handy location to different amenities and shopping centres - code no was wrong ,I had to wait one hour for the host to return my call to get the right code- lacking of essentials ...ex. outside seating , kitchen utensils are incomplete including some cleaning parts - the central cooling system was not working and fans were supplied after few requests,waited a while due to late communication response- the garage was locked and not accessible -……

“The property was rather rent to a permanent tenant, not suitable to rent out to a traveler who looking to stay and enjoy their holiday. The cleanliness was understadard. The backyard was full of weeds, furnitures was so old and nearly to collapse..😟shower room water so weak, no internet access as advertised on line. Dish drain was rusted, carpet so dirty, one of room no table no wardrobe..not enjoyable our staying…not worth of money. Iron board no cover…”
