“We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!”

“Very comfortable, clean and spacious villa, located in a calm place but near everything what you need to spend great holidays: nice beaches, historical sites and towns to visit, restaurants, shopping possibilities. We also appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony, the villa's swimming pool and the air condition as well as parking on the property. “We had a large group come to Patra for a conference at the University of Patra and this home was ideal for location and convenience for all guests. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group and it would be great for a family gathering. Walking distance to the beach. Spyros and his family were there to meet us and help us get acclimated.”

Beginning with very friendly and helpful host, who showed us what greek hospitality means, and ending with the unique location. the villa is located in a great garden at the foot of a hill, in pure nature, 350 m to the sea, a footwalk through a forest of strofilia pine trees. In the other direction you have wetland with Flamingos, Pelicans...This place will always stay in our hearts. Thank you”
