“The property is very, very nice with 2 notable exceptions. The process of check in is difficult. Do not go unless you have watched and taken note on the videos they send you. Also, you won't get the code for the key lock box until after 3 pm on the day of arrival and it's in the video. My phone would not play the video - I should have watched it earlier I admit, so I had a heck of a time getting the information. Finally the host used WhatsApp to communicate the code, the identity of the mailbox……

“The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. ”

“Some oven mitts and dish soap (to hand wash dishes) would be useful. Videos were super helpful, location is perfect”

“The positive is the apartment we ended up with was in a great location. However, the apartment you see in the listing isn’t the one you will get. ARCA changed our apartment location 4 times prior to checking in. We have rented many places and have never encountered the level of incompetency with a property management company before!”

“Super netter Empfang. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht....es fehlt wirklich an nichts....dafür warten viele nette kleine Aufmerksamkeiten auf den Besucher. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!”
