"We had a truly amazing time there. We enjoyed the peace and nice mountain view and air while in the hotel. What's better is it's right next to the Luneng town centre where it's easy to find restaurants and activities in the evening. Hotel staff were all great! "

"Excellent staff service all around. Resort design is beautiful and food is good. Great place for photos. The resort provides a free Han Fu photography session with a professional photographer.
Some things that can be improved :
- The rooms are very clean but the rugs get dirty quickly. Consider cleaning them more often or just removing them.
- The rooms use an AI controlled chat bot to control lights. Will be hard for foreigners to use, and sometimes gets disconnected."

"Reception area is stunning and can’t be faulted. But then the hotel lets down. Feels like it was a lovely hotel 30 year ago.
The price is a lot for the area.
