"It is the most cutest place to stay, I would definitely stay here again, even though my husband is 6”4 It was amusing watching him get around. I loved everything about this place."
"We had a great stay home away from home. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very warm and cosy. It was very pet friendly.A lovely place to explore around the East Coast and the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet Thankyou John"
"What an absolute privilege to stay in this beautiful home. From the moment you arrive and are warmly greeted by the host and walk into the most expansive view, you know that you are in for a wonderful experience. The house is stunning. The view is exceptional. With all the amenities you need, you don't need to leave the house. Everything was perfect. We loved sitting by the fire, reading, playing cards and drinking one of the many local wines. There is enough to do in the area to keep you busy during the day, with enough time to relax in the house watching the glorious colours of the day change over the water. A truly memorable experience."
"Quirky, friendly historical venue. Everything worked well and although the building is tired, the owners and surroundings made up for it. We booked in for dinner and were provided with a warming, substantial home cooked meal and a Charming hostess. Good selection of wines. Lots of accommodation types available. Close to Richmond (walk or drive) and easy access to other areas. Beautiful scenery and lots of animals that any children would love. "
"This place is fantastic for travelling families, even in winter. Nice and quiet location, close to the airport and with plenty of things to do onsite, including playground, games room and board games for the apartment available at reception. The three bedroom deluxe apartment is warm and cosy. "
"The accommodation we stayed in were converted stables. The rooms were well appointed, recently decorated and warm (we stayed in winter). The accommodation is annexed to the hotel. The hotel is the epitome of a country pub with traditional pub fair, eight ball and friendly locals in their seats at the bar. Not a refined experience but everything we were after, we were comfortable, fed well and welcomed."
"Superb. Great supply of everything you need in a house. Clean, ample amount of towels, dishes and you name it . Kids and all had an amazing time. We surely book again ."
"Probably the best sunrises I have seen anywhere in the world. The isolation and peace of this property make it magical. Falling asleep to the crashing waves and waking to them was just beautiful.
Some outdoor seating would have made it perfect."
"We had a wonderful stay at Bridge Cottage, thank you Jo Anne for sharing the history with us. It was so awesome to look out our window directly at the historic Richmond Bridge."
"Location and view was good but for the price we paid I would have expected more quality furnishings like new lounge and better dining room chairs. When you look at the pictures we booked off it was nothing like what we expected "
