“The condo was well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It’s across the street from a very popular seafood restaurant (can add yourself to waitlist from the condo before walking over) and with direct access to the beach. View was phenomenal in early AM and evening. Parking was easy! The beach was very quiet and not at all crowded. We had a wonderful quick vacation! ”

“Great location and fantastic condo, especially being on the first floor. Enjoyed everything about the stay minus the mattresses. Both the queen mattress and the sleeper sofa and its mattress were not the most comfortable for extended periods; while we did rest they felt a little thin and not supportive. Communication was okay. Condo was clean and well stocked. Convenient location to great food and beach access. Would recommend and stay here again. ”

“We love Sans Souci. Great location, great beach, not crowded. Pool could use some shade and member of our group got stuck in the elevator but FD was efficient and didn’t have to wait long for elevator even with 1 of the 2 down the next day. “Great little place! Bay side oven views from the bed, caught fish from the privet dock, we even seen 4-5 Manatees at the dock one day and Dolphins around the dock a couple times. We drove to the beach and it was about 1 min. You could walk. The beach is beautiful very very beautiful.Our Host was very easy and available to talk with. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
