“We love that we had a choice of a private beach, on the bay or the public beach, on the Gulf, within walking distance. There were no shops nearby other than a convenience store that is very limited and one restaurant within walking distance. The condo was equipped for cooking and very clean. The towels and wash rags are SUPER ruff but all in all the condo was great!”

“We woulda gave it 5 stars, but those stairs!!! Lol! Its beautiful, the condo itself was very clean and beautiful! We had everything we needed right there including the poil and a cute little private beach. We loved the ducks, turtles, and seabirds, and the clear water view. The ocean was on one side and the bay on the other! Great view from the 4th floor, but make sure youre in shape. “We loved this condo. The view was perfect. Everything was clean and cozy. My favorite part was the kitchen. It had everything we needed and it was so spacious. The pool was heated. It was a cold weekend, so it was very nice to have the warm pool to come back to after a long walk on the beach. The host is quick at responding and very friendly. We will be back!!!! ”

“Great location and the unit overall was great but there are some definite upgrades needed. The floors are just stained concrete which is fine but they were still a little sandy from previous renters and there was no vacuum or broom in the unit that we could use to sweep up. Not many rugs either so had to wear my flip flops inside constantly. There is a regular coffee pot/maker, which is fine, but apparently the original pot must have gotten broken and someone replaced it with one that is not……

“The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry.
