Waking up admiring the gentle waters and the green mountains that frame them, enjoying a coffee on the large terrace with a view: your dream vacation on Lake Maggiore will come true in PANORAMIC MINUSIO!

This luxurious 195sqm apartment is organized into spacious, well furnished rooms with high-standard finishes.

The large open-space living room consists of the TV area, with a comfortable sofa where you can devote yourself to relaxing, watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or reading a book; next to it is the dining area with a table for 6/8 people. Behind, there is the modern kitchen, with a central island, complete and equipped with the latest appliances and everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The living room has a panoramic window, from which you can access the large terrace of 65 sqm: it is here that you will enjoy the wonderful landscape of the lake, eating outdoors at the table for 8 people, sunbathing on the deckchairs or relaxing in the corner furnished with sofas and armchairs for 6. 

Everyone has their own privacy with the 3 bedrooms, two doubles bedrooms and one twin bedroom with two single beds, making the apartment perfect for both, families and groups of friends or business stays. In addition, there is a walk-in closet to store the wardrobe even for longer stays. There are also 3 bathrooms, two complete (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) and a service bathroom.

Concluding the apartment is a laundry room with private washing machine and dryer.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Check-in and Check-out: 

Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm. Check-out is from 8am to 10am. 

We kindly ask you to notify us about your exact time of arrival at latest 24 hours ahead of your arrival. A member of our staff will wait for you at the property at the time you communicate to us, and will show you where to park, how to enter the apartment and give you other useful information.

For check-out, please notify us approximately 24 hours ahead of your departure time: a member of our staff will meet you at the property to check the apartment and say goodbye.

Late check-in after 20:00 and early check-out before 8:00 is possible on request at an extra cost: ask the Quokka Team for availability and cost.



PLEASE NOTE: The property requires a payment of DEPOSIT. The deposit payment has to be settled during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. Once the apartment is checked after your departure and found to be in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment in 5-7 business days following your check-out.

Minusio is a picturesque town overlooking Lake Maggiore. From Minusio it is possible to walk or bike to the town of Locarno along the magnificent scenic lakefront path: as you travel along it, you will discover period villas, restaurants, cafes, and beaches, all the way to the Muralto lakefront, Lido di Locarno, Peace Park, and Camellia Park.

Locarno can be reached by car in just 5 minutes.

Numerous boats depart from the Locarno pier for a tour of the most beautiful villages on the lake.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A13 motorway take the Orselina/Brione/Muralto/Minusio exit and set the GPS: in 5/6 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.

By train, from Locarno station take bus No. 1 direction \"Gordola, Centro Professionale\" for 6 stops and get off at \"Minusio, Esplanade\" stop. In 6 minutes walk you will reach the apartment.

Appartement in Minusio

Das Apartment war sehr schön und modern, sauber, sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und großzügig geschnitten.Empfehlung:Man sollte einige dieser Spezialmülltüten und auch paar Spültabs mehr bereitstellen können.Es sind zwar Kleinigkeiten, aber sie hätten den Gesamteindruck abgerundet.
