"We loved our stay in Kösslarn. This area is one of the prettiest Planes in all Germany. Great food, friendly people and lots of sights. Frau Schradöbler was very nice and we felt welcome!"

We especially loved the garden, the little pool , and the family room.It has lots of great little touches that you will be sure to enjoy. We were sad. We only had a three nights stay and would’ve loved to stay longer and longer. It is a fantastic place to explore both Austria and Germany.I would highly recommend this to all."

"Die Unterkunft ist 10 Autominuten von Aidenbach entfernt. Ohne Auto eher schwierig. Es ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Alles was man für den Alltag benötigt, ist da. Einkaufen kann man toll in Aidenbach. Wir haben den Obstgarten und den Hof sehr genossen. Wenn man morgens durch das Küchenfenster schaut, sieht man mit Glück Rehe übers Feld spazieren. "Sehr guter Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches Team, durchgängig. Mochten den kleinen Fitnessraum. Das man genug Handtücher für den Besuch der Therme bekommt. Wifi nicht stark genug zum streamen oder Videocalls. In der Garage eine 11KW Ladedose fürs E-Auto (etwas schwach aber vorhanden). Frühstück sehr nett allerdings nichts zur Auswahl bei besonderen Bedürfnissen wie zB Laktoseunverträglichkeit, Gluten etc Dennoch immer gerne wieder. "

If you want to get off the "beaten path" in a great area of Germany, I cannot recommend it enough. "

"We had a wonderful time at the apartment in Rotthalmünster! The view from the balcony was stunning and perfect for our morning coffee, The location is great for exploring the nearby hiking trails, and the kids loved the sandbox in the garden, Highly recommend for families!"

"neu renoviert - freundlich und modern - Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig - Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich. Als Beschattung sind Roll-Läden vorgesehen - ein Relikt aus vergangenen Zeiten, das allerdings äußerst funktionell ist! Das Bad ist total neu ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Wir hätten uns im Bad ein wenig mehr Ablagefläche gewünscht - ein Stockerl im Eck würde schon reichen... Unser Zimmer war "hinten raus" und daher sehr ruhig. "

"Dont book through a third party website as you need a hotel issued bookijg reference to check in after 6pm as no human manned reception, only a computer on the putside of the building. We booked at 5pm. By 6.15pm we still hadnt got the correct booking reference issued by the hotel and had to call customer services. The email with correct booking code on didnt comw through u til after 11pm. Terrible service!! Also some furniture on the room like the barhroom a inet, had the door broken off it when we arrived. Just looked a mess. Lots of noise from other residents as the floor are wood so all the noises of footsteps and chairs being moved etc bangs through the floors."
