The home features a cozy sitting room with a pellet stove, TV, and wireless music system, a spacious dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen with modern appliances. Upstairs, a comfortable bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower await, while a separate guest house offers another bedroom and bathroom with massage shower. Outdoor amenities include a courtyard, terrace, garden, charcoal BBQ, boules court, and bicycles for exploring the area. Enjoy local wines from nearby Côte-d'Or vineyards, stroll through Molesme’s charming streets, or relax with party games and a high chair for little ones. With parking on-site and restaurants just 400 m away, this home blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Optional Utilities & Service Package An optional utilities and service package of EUR 60,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
