“Pleasant check in. However, things went downhill from there. Because we used Expedia (saved $20 per night), the owner said “You did not pay enough to receive $15 an hour room service”. So we had to buy our own trash bags, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, take out our own trash daily and were initially charged for additional clean towels. This while being charged additional pet fees.
