"Es war auch nicht genug Besteck/Teller/Tassen für alle da. Kaum sachen zum Kochen oder sauber machen. Dabei wäre gerade ein anständiger wischmopp da echt nötig gewesen. Das Erdgeschoß ist bezüglich Größe und Ausstattung perfekt. Die große Dachterrasse ist nur zu erreichen wenn man Lust hat durch das komplette Haus und einen Schlafraum zu wandern. Der Blick von dort zeigt wie es ab 2025 in der Nachbarschaft ausschaut. Da werden die letzten Baulücken geschlossen."
