Staff very welcoming & helpful, my room despite somewhat aged decor & bare flooring, was very clean and had everything basic thing needed
There was no Dining room or Breakfast, instead you were directed to the Pizza bar next door for any meal requirements - this did not really matter, as a 10 minute walk brought you to the heart of the town's eating district.
It is what it says - basic cheap , clean well located accomodation & nothing more - only thing to be aware of is they lock the doors at 8PM and change the entry code frequently, so you need to check with reception each night before you go out in case it has changed.

Breakfast had the best Kouglhopf of our entire stay in Alsace!
Hotel clean, quiet and not far from centre or from museums. Shame most shops and restaurants were closed on Sunday

Staff was awesome, breakfast was good, lobby was cute and location was great.
However, listing pictures did not match accommodations provided. Hallways smelled of old cigarettes and bleach. Hotel had a worn, run-down feel. Lobby, hallways and breakfast bar were always cold, and the room heating struggled. Spent most of the time bundled up in a place where we were paying to get out of the cold.
