“Super close to all downtown attractions such as hockey arena, football stadium, and Broadway where all the entertainment bars are located. Facility itself was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“Good location, it was easy to travel to Broadway, 12 South and other tourist spots. The place is modern with a nice cafe and restaurants downstairs. I like the common area where you can cook, dine or do laundry. The room is basic but modern and I like the floor to ceiling windows. The only problem is I can hear the other guests from outside which is problematic especially in the middle of the night. They're not noisy but I think the walls or floor is too thin that you can basically hear anything……

“Really loved the Mint House. It will certainly a place we would look to return to if we come back to Nashville. We are clean freaks and this place met our standards. Within walking distance of all the downtown attractions and a Publix. ”

“The space was cute and had everything that we needed for our time at CMA Fest. It was walkable to Broadway And in a safe area. The downfall were that there is no parking here and not even a drop off area in the parking lot also, there is massive amount of construction going on around this property that is in the very beginning stages so I can imagine it will be happening for a long time. These were inconveniences, but the biggest problem is the retrofit air conditioners in the space do not……

“Studio 154 was located on 2nd Ave right off Broadway. Very modern and has a great rooftop escape with a great view. I would highly recommend it and we will be going back ”
