"My fiancé and I decided to getaway for a quick one night stay with our dog and booked this studio. The check in process was smooth and easy and the property was easy to locate. The studio was clean and spacious with a comfortable king bed. WiFi was good for streaming which was nice and the water pressure in the shower was also really nice. The property owner was very responsive and communicated really well. Would definitely book again"

"Our host never provided check-in information and didn't respond to our message inquiry. We had stayed previously, so we used the same instructions. We woke up the next morning to a man rattling the door handle trying to get in. The whole morning was then spent with various people coming and going and putting the host on speaker phone while she accused us of not having a reservation. First she said we canceled, then acknowledged we had a previous booking, but weren't booked currently. I asked for...

"What I thought was a legitimate “apartment” rental turned out to be a converted third-car garage in a residential neighborhood, attached to someone's actively occupied home. The property description was misleading, omitting any mention of the fact that it's a private residence. If I'd known the truth, I would have never booked this place. "
