The hosts have thought of everything which made us feel very comfortable and cozy. If I ever get a chance to come back to SLO I will definitely stay here again. Five stars!! “Nice clean studio with some ocean view. Hosts were great about checking if we needed anything and also if we needed any recommendations on places to go locally. Great neighborhood, very restful at night but close to the great beaches nearby. We ended up not bringing our dog as planned and host made sure to refund that part of payment right away. Has most appliances and tools you need in kitchen too. Great place!”

“I really loved your place, excellent location love the rustic finish. It was perfect. Only two things I could comment against are, the people upstairs walking around, thumping on the floor and dropping things was not the best, also a better quality mattress would be a big plus, besides that you have a wonderful place but that’s just my opinion.”

“A nice spacious room, perfect for 2 people. It was very relaxing to sit on the balcony overlooking the garden while sipping coffee in the mornings. Deb and Doug supplied everything needed for a simple stay and were very welcome to questions and requests. My husband and I also enjoyed taking an evening stroll around the property under a full moon and sitting by the fireplace.”

“This was my first time using VRBO and it was an enjoyable experience. Agree with most other positive reviews and comments. Centrally located, slightly urban area, blocks from beach. Keurig acted a little funky second day but also has full size coffee machine. Never needed to contact manager. Went hiking, recommend Montana De Oro (breathtakingly beautiful), visited University, bought groceries at Trader Joes a few miles away and spent a fun day in town, San Luis Obispo, shopping, eating. “We loved this property. Stacia was amazing and responsive. It's close to everything downtown. The property is cool and modern. Parking is close. The beds are comfortable and it has a full kitchen. I was aware of the noise issue from other reviews. It's real, but if you don't mind that, the property is perfect in every other way. We found that a good white noise machine and some earplugs solved both bar and street noise.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at your cottage to celebrate his birthday. I especially enjoyed seeing your farm animals. Such a special treat to walk about the back and interact with them. We found the cottage charming, clean, and comfortable. It was hard to leave after just two nights. Next time it will be more. I wish they managed the bookings themselves because the communication from the property managers Retreats (via VRBO) was frighteningly terrible, including no emailed info on check-in procedures and a 3 hour delay in response to texts the day of that I sent begging for door code (during a veritable monsoon when it wasn’t safe to be outside). I liked the location and vibe of the place but...
