The ground-floor gîte/apartment has a private entrance and is part of a large house with the owner’s residence, another gîte, and four guest rooms, each with its own entrance. It features a bedroom for two (160 cm bed, sitting area), private bathroom and WC, a kitchen/living room with dishwasher, underfloor electric heating, reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and smart speakers throughout.



The private, enclosed 60 m² terrace is furnished for outdoor living.
