Situated on the banks of Lake Mulwala you have private waterfront access to the foreshore, with ample living space for up to 13 guests. Sit back on the deck and enjoy the tranquil water views. The stunning sunrises you will experience will take your breath away.

Enjoy the space and privacy which is offered from the adjoining crown land. Plenty of room to park the cars and boats, public boat ramp close by. Enjoy fishing, swimming, skiing from your own private jetty and the absolute convenience of waterfront access. You can watch the family ski from the deck or lawn.

The glassed, open plan dining, lounge and kitchen enjoys unparalleled and undisturbed 180 degree views of the lake.

The nearest public boat ramp for boats is only 200 metres away.
