“Room upon check in: dirty sheets, had to change them ourselves. Crazy thing is, I wonder how long the out of order and renovation sorry for the inconvenience flyers have been posted. Staff: lazy but informative since I was handed a plunger & had to plunge a toilet that no one staying with me clogged. Parking: extremely unsafe, multiple homeless or drug addicts smoking at the entrance under the awning or just aimlessly wondering around. I say this in the nicest way possible but they never came……

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”
