“While the house was clean, the pictures can be really deceiving. The walls were very dirty and showed markings and spills that haven’t been wiped. The carpet was extremely thin (cheap) and in the main living room the tacking was exposed on all sides leave my husband, three children, and I to step on them. We had to wear shoes whenever we were in the house to avoid getting hurt. The comforters in the bunk room had dirt and stains on them and didn’t smell like they had been washed recently. The……

“Check in required standing in line for too long (almost 45 minutes). More help was needed at the desk of Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort. There was also a problem at the desk with check out. While leaving the building, I noticed that my check out had been completed under a different customer's name. I had to go back to the desk to have it corrected. So, the check in and check out could have been much better. Thank you!”

“The WiFi never worked. We called, did our own rebooting, waited, texted and in the end gave up. There had been some painting done and there were remnants of paint scraping in various locations (by the way the paint job was terrible- host ought to make them go back and re-do it!) Decor and furniture were dated but comfortable. Beds were hard and very uncomfortable. (Honestly the biggest disappointment). We really liked the community and location was fantastic. Great golf course views. Very……

“The unit was not great. The sofa was so dirty with stains that we didn’t even sit on it. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. And the toilet paper holder was duct taped together in the bathroom. I would not rent this unit again. There are probably much better units in Litchfield by the sea.”

“My family and I stayed at Gage’s place in Pawley’s Island! Gage was an incredible host. He was very responsive, easy to talk to, and willing to help when something came up! And not to mention the house is right near a grocery store when we needed last minute items and we were less than 5 minutes from the beach! My family would gladly stay at this Vrbo location again! 100/10!!”
