"Everything was perfect so much so, we wanted to extend our stay. The customer service at the front desk was amazingly very unprofessional and not at all empathetic. I was told we could not extend our stay because their computer was down and we would have to check out. I asked since we were only extending one day could we pay in cash and they could put it in when their issue was resolved.
