The property had great views of the ocean, beautiful sand, and quiet. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. There was dirt on the floors dust on the fans stains on the counter spilt drinks on the wall not wiped down. Windows were not clean just very dirty. Then we did an early check-in when we got there at 2 o’clock, so we would be called was never called. Went there at 3:50 before four and they said it’s four and after to check-in waited till about 5:50 nobody called we call them and they said oh your room‘s been ready. Nobody called went up to the room and it was dirty. We probably left that condo cleaner than when we arrived then after taking the sheets off at the end of the trip, the bottom sheet that covers the mattress had spilled soda or something on it all over it so all they did was put a top sheet over it to make it look clean. And the pool needs new chairs. Will not stay there again. Disappointed.

I’ve stayed here many times but this was the first time on the ground floor. The bushes/shrubs provided privacy on the balcony but they were so high, they took away from the relaxing view of the waterway. Therefore we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony as much. The room was nice but our shower never got hot. I probably would prefer to not be on the ground floor in the future.
