This is a beautiful Boutique hotel. It's actually named Arte and Mare's. This will be important because if you just use the address provided in the listing, your taxi or shuttle will drop you off at a restaurant at Elia Beach. The property is actually on the other side of the restaurant and across the street. The room is in a boutique hotel and the hotel is literally aross the street from the beach/sea. It's a gorgeous property. Very well-maintained and clean. The check in and check out process was super fast and easy. There is an attached restaurant and bar.... good food and great cocktails. Breakfast is included in your stay and it is very good with a wide variety of options. The hotel has it's own private section of beach where they provide a few beach butlers. You can rent chairs with umbrellas in the first two rows with the requirement of spending 30 euros per day on drinks/food. The other chairs in the back rows do not require a purchase. The staff is very friendly all around. The room, though not exactly as pictured in the listing, was nice. The only negative for us was the bathroom. The shower area and tub was in bad need of an update. Though I think it was clean, it appeared to look dirty due to badly stained grout and tub. There is a bathtub with a partial glass door partition. There is no way to stand under the shower head mounted on the wall without flooding the floor.Had to lay it strategically on tub floor and pick up to rinse off when needed.
