“It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. “We absolutely loved our stay here, right in the centre of the old town. The location was brilliant, lots of restaurants and shops all just steps away. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for a few nights stay in the town. The host was always contactable and was really helpful when arranging checkin, and generally just making sure we were happy and everything was good (which it was!) I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, but worth noting there is 2 flights of stairs……

“Rigtigt godt sted”

“This villa is a real gem. Absolute world class one of a kind experience. Peaceful, beautiful mountain views from a modern, private and well thought out house. The location was perfect and central. Only 20 minute drive from all of the pristine beaches around Plakias and 20 minute drive from Rethymno for shops and city life while enjoying Crete’s mountain vistas and nature. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool. Supermarkets and Spilli are just a short drive away. We had it all! The host was very……

“This was an excellent location & stay. I'd highly recommend anyone to stay here. It has a nice homely feel to it, & the staff is very kind.”

“The staff in La Stella are excellent! They care very much about providing a great service and are very kind and hospitable. My friends and I had a great time and would love to come back. Thank you in particular to the manager Mary who made us feel particularly welcome.”

“Lovely staff, very clean room with a lovely view of the beach”
