"Resort seems nice but we were unfortunate to arrive on a Tuesday. Only the resort website showed the water park was closed not Expedia. Plus we paid 159 while it was 100 dollars that day. Tried to chat with hotel but they said it was all with Expedia where I got nowhere."

"The pool was ice cold. I have kids so they were looking forward to the pool. They did have a hot tub and nobody was in it so we played in the hot tub. Staff was hard to get a hold of on the phone. Everything else was as expected for the price."
