“Staff was great”

“This hotel is a gem! Easy, flat walk to Broadway. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was fabulous with an amazing view of the river and downtown. The bed was comfy and there was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion provided as well as coffee, tea, small dish soap, dishwasher soap and hand towel. Washer and dryer in the unit. Would stay again!!”

“The place was very clean and the perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The views were spectacular and we even had a bear sighting!”

“The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. We were in town for a soccer tournament that was being held at the Rocky Top Sporting Complex and so this……

“Nice and clean. Close enough to everything to be convenient but just far enough away to be quite and secluded.”

“The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. ”
